We charge the majority of our fee on placement
The entire end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing and shortlisting is delivered by senior level managers with at least 20 years of recruitment experience. This gives us the confidence to charge our clients differently to traditional search firms.
We have a 96% retention rate
We are experts at assessing. We make sure we understand our clients, their roles and culture and our candidates. This means we can match effectively, which results in candidates that stay, have impact and deliver significant value. 96% of our placed candidates have stayed for at least 12 months.

Helen has an excellent track-record of delivery in a variety of client environments and business sectors including consulting, technology, engineering, media, banking and pharmaceutical.
